Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Style My Screens. We create personalised digital artwork and made-to-order physical prints from your selected design.

This Shipping Policy explains how digital artwork, print-ready files, framed posters, and canvas prints are delivered.


1. Digital Artwork Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Digital Wallpaper: usually delivered electronically within 15–30 minutes after purchase.
  • Enhanced Print-Ready File: delivered electronically after your final artwork has been prepared.

During busy periods, or if final artwork preparation takes longer than usual, please allow up to 1 business day for digital delivery.

Please check your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folder if you do not see your email.

If you still cannot find your digital file, please contact us at support@stylemyscreens.com with your order number.


2. Physical Print Fulfillment

Our physical products are custom-made to order. This includes framed posters and canvas prints.

Each physical print is produced only after your order is placed and your final artwork is ready.

Physical products may include:

  • Framed Poster 12×18"
  • Gallery Canvas 16×24"
  • Large Canvas 20×30"

We work with professional print-on-demand fulfillment partners to print, package, and ship physical products directly to customers.


3. Processing Time

Because each order is personalised and made to order, processing includes final artwork preparation, print production, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier.

Most physical print orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the final artwork is ready.

During busy periods, holidays, high order volume, or if extra quality checks are required, processing may take longer.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is calculated as:

Artwork preparation + print production + shipping time

Most physical print orders usually arrive within 2–3 weeks from purchase, depending on the destination, product type, production facility, and carrier.

To allow for production time, weekends, holidays, and carrier delays, the estimated delivery date shown on our website may include extra buffer.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, weather events, holiday periods, or other circumstances outside our control.


5. Shipping Time After Dispatch

Once your physical print has been shipped, most supported destinations usually arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Some routes may take longer depending on the destination, carrier, local delivery conditions, customs processing, or holiday periods.

Please use the tracking link provided by email for the latest carrier updates.


6. Shipping Countries

Physical prints are available only in selected countries shown at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently offer physical print shipping to your location. Digital products may still be available depending on your region.


7. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs may be included in the product price or shown at checkout depending on the product, destination, and current store settings.

Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.


8. Tracking Information

Once your physical print has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipping label is created.

If you have not received tracking information after your order has been marked as shipped, please contact us at support@stylemyscreens.com.


9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipping has started.


10. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, please first check the tracking link provided by email.

If the tracking shows that the package is still in transit, please allow a few extra business days, as carrier delays can happen.

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@stylemyscreens.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the order status and work with our fulfillment partner or the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.


11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your physical print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if the item was damaged during shipping

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.


12. Custom-Made Products

All physical prints are custom-made for each customer.

Because of this, we generally cannot cancel or change an order once production has started.

Please review your selected product, size, artwork, shipping address, and contact details carefully before placing your order.


13. Digital and Physical Orders May Arrive Separately

If your order includes both digital and physical products, your digital file may be delivered before your physical print arrives.

Physical prints require production and shipping time, while digital files are delivered electronically.
