Our physical canvas products are professionally printed on high-quality canvas. They are not individually hand-painted directly onto the canvas.
Your custom artwork is first created in the art style you select, such as Oil Painting, Watercolor, or another available style. If you choose a physical canvas format, the finished artwork is then professionally printed onto canvas and shipped to you.
You can always review your personalized preview before completing your purchase, so you’ll know exactly how your artwork will look.
🌍 Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Digital wallpapers and print-ready files are delivered by email worldwide. For printed posters and canvas products, available delivery options will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

💸 What is your refund policy?
Because each portrait is personalised and made from your uploaded photo, digital orders are final once purchased, and physical prints cannot be cancelled or refunded once they enter production.
We cannot refund change of mind, personal style preference, low-quality uploaded photos, or artwork that matches the preview shown before checkout.
If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or lost in transit, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund where appropriate.
